We have professional knowledge, professional skills and a professional attitude; where we are able to solve problems and challenges in baking

In the past 15 years, the most challenging thing for me is not how to expand the business, but to use my professional baking knowledge and skills to pass on to every student, let them learn to apply them, and use actions to prove to everyone that baking is a profession.

 

Most people think that only those who "have poor grades" or "are bad at studies" will learn baking but this is a very wrong concept which leads to misunderstanding the meaning and purpose of baking.

 

In my teaching philosophy and policy, the most important thing is to let students master three major skills, which are knowledge, application and communication.

 

"To become a professional baker, the most important thing is not recipes and products, but to master the most basic baking knowledge, then use it to give full potential to unlimited creativity, and finally to communicate and present your own work.
 

我们是“烘焙医生”。

我们拥有专业的知识，专业的技术和专业的态度；足以让我们能够 “医治” 所有烘焙的问题和挑战。

 

过去的15年一路走来的风雨路,令我备受挑战的不是如何扩展业务,而是利用自己专业 烘焙知识及技术,传承给每一位学生,让他们活学活用,用行动去证明给所有人看,烘焙师是一项专业。

 

大部分人特别是家长,都认为“成绩不 好”或“不学无术”的人才会去学烘焙,这是一个非常 错误的观念及想法,甚至误解烘焙的义。

 

在我的教学理念方针里,

最主要是让学生掌握三大方向, 即知识、运用及

传达。

 

“要成为一名专业烘焙师,最重要的不是食谱和產品,而是掌握最基本的烘焙知识,再加以运用发挥无限创意,最后就是传达及呈现自己的作品。
